I am a well-trained, professional referee. What you see in the ring is but one part of who I am as a whole.

My primary purpose is the safety of the competitors.

I ensure the fairness, integrity and uniformity of each match.

I will avoid any conflict of interest, including, but not limited to, any financial interest in any fighter or promoter. I will also avoid the appearance of impropriety.

I will not referee any event in which I have any financial interest other than a normal, reasonable and customary fee for my professional services in the event.

I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including former training relationships with any fighter, promoter, or judge, to the fighters and the promoter.

All requests for interviews from the media, whether the medium be online, print or "other", will be approved by the state Athletic Commission in advance.

I will be diligent in continuing my professional education.

Gotta' go with fighter safety. A loss can be avenged. Brain damage cannot be reversed.
